The Foundation owns and manages twelve retirement villages within the City of Port Elizabeth. Each Village has a resident and entertainment committee appointed by the Residents. All Villages have a resident Nurse or Supervisor on site at all times.

All cottages and apartments are appointed with an intercom system and emergency alarm connected to the village Nurse or Supervisor to be used in the event of either a health or security scare.Single occupants are contacted daily by the village Nurse or Supervisor to monitor their state of health.

Every village has access to primary health care via an on site clinic staffed by the resident Nurse. A Char service is available at each Village for the Residents own account.
