The Foundation owns and manages twelve retirement villages within the City of Port Elizabeth. Each Village has a resident and entertainment committee appointed by the Residents. All Villages have a resident Nurse or Supervisor on site at all times.
All cottages and apartments are appointed with an intercom system and emergency alarm connected to the village Nurse or Supervisor to be used in the event of either a health or security scare.Single occupants are contacted daily by the village Nurse or Supervisor to monitor their state of health.
Every village has access to primary health care via an on site clinic staffed by the resident Nurse. A Char service is available at each Village for the Residents own account.
This village consists of 119 one and two bedroom cottages situated in large gardens with easy walking distance to the beach and shopping facilities. Most of the cottages have detached garaging for one vehicle and the village has a swimming pool. A convenience shop is available as is access to a library facility.

This village consists of 51 bachelor and one bedroom apartments over two floors with ramps between floors and a common lounge area. A convenience shop is available for residents. It is situated within easy walking distance of the beach and shopping facilities. A swimming pool is available for residents use. Access to a library is also available.

This village consists of 97 one and two bedroom cottages apartments situated in large gardens.
Many of the cottages have attached garaging for one vehicle and some detached garaging exists. There is also a convenience shop on site. A community hall, library and swimming pool is available to residents.

This village is situated in Humewood Extension at the end of Woodhead Drive and consists of 89 bachelor and one bedroom apartments situated in large gardens. All apartments are at ground level. The village has a communal lounge with a television; there is also a convenience shop on site.
Open parking is available on site. A new heated swimming pool and braai area is available to residents. Residents also have access to a hairdressing salon.

Laubscher Park East CottagesThis village is situated in Walmer and consists of 121 one and two bedroom cottages situated in large gardens across the road from one of the largest shopping centers that Port Elizabeth has to offer with movie theaters, coffee shops and restaurants. Most of the cottages attached garaging or car ports. The village has a community hall and braai area used for social events. A private chapel is available for use of the residents as is a library and hairdressing salon.
